FROM: BRUCE E. WAGGONER
SUBJECT: IITR Truck School GRADUATE
DATE: 12/11/03

Dear Mr. Riggins
I was checking out your website (outstanding website by the way) and thought I would drop you a line about my experience at IITR.

I attended and graduated from your Detroit Michigan campus in 1988. Since then I drove over the road and have now moved into management. My current position is with US XPRESS as the Service Center Manager for the Xpress Global Systems, Detroit Michigan operation. I am responsible for 36 employees, 16 of which are drivers that deliver carpet and floor care products throughout the states of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Without the Excellent training and transportation foundation I received at IITR, I would not have been able to climb the corporate ladder in the transportation industry. Please let your students know that the doors of opportunity are wide open upon graduation.

Thanks again and if you're ever in the Detroit Michigan area, look me up and I will show you the operation here at Xpress Global Systems.

To Dave Riggins and the members of IITR,
My name is Scott Barnard and I was a graduate of the April 2003 class at IITR. When I left school I was given the opportunity to work for an owner/operator contracted with FedEx Ground. After being unemployed for two years and having no experience, I was accepted into a profession starting at over $30,000 a year. I continued my education learning the skills necessary to become a successful truck driver both behind the wheel and from the knowledge of my co-driver. By quickly gaining skills and experience, I was soon given the responsibility of training new drivers for my employer.

After only 1 1/2 years, my hard work paid off by receiving the opportunity to become an owner/operator for FedEx Ground. At only age 29, I became the youngest contractor with the FedEx Ground Portland facility. I am now looking at a future with a fleet of trucks and a successful career with the transportation industry.

My ongoing success and opportunities would not have been possible without the help and guidance of the staff at IITR. I received excellent advice and assistance from all the members of the staff. I highly recommend IITR for training in the trucking industry.

Hard work, dedication, and the education received from IITR can help anyone fulfill their dreams of a prosperous career in the transportation industry.

Thanks
Scott Barnard
